1. Product and scope

Shaitan provides a downloadable Windows launcher and a private web radar for Counter-Strike 2. A license grants personal, limited access for its stated term; it does not transfer ownership of the software. Guests with a private room link may view a radar session without an account and cannot publish data.

The product is intended for official CS2 servers and matchmaking. FACEIT, ESEA and similar platforms are not supported. Third-party games and services can change; no future compatibility or uninterrupted availability is promised. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

2. Activation and account time balance

The first sign-in verifies an email code. Verification alone does not create an account. A new customer account is created only when a valid product key is redeemed; that starts the key’s term immediately, before download or PC binding. Existing accounts can sign in and view expired keys even when no time remains.

Term keys grant exactly 30, 90, 180 or 365 periods of 24 hours. They add to one account balance and are consumed in redemption order, not in parallel. If the balance has expired, a new key starts at redemption. Each account permits one computer and one simultaneous publishing radar session.

A Lifetime key immediately replaces the account’s term balance and grants access for the life of the Shaitan service, including its updates. Replaced days are not restored if Lifetime is revoked. If the account is not suspended, it may redeem another key; while Lifetime is active, term keys cannot be added.

3. Computer, security and recovery

The first PC is bound to the account through a revocable device credential and hardware fingerprint. Changing computers requires a separate HWID-reset request and manual review; only one may remain open per account. Recovering a lost email is a separate manual process using a key or order ID and other proof of purchase. Email recovery does not reset the HWID.

Do not share, sell or disclose a key, account code or device credential, or bypass the account, computer or session limits. A private guest link should be shared only with people you trust.

4. Revocation and suspension

An unredeemed revoked key cannot be used. Revoking a redeemed term key removes its unconsumed contribution, including unused administrator extensions on that key, while preserving other grants. Revoking Lifetime ends access and does not restore replaced days. During account suspension, the license clock continues; any compensation is an audited administrator extension.

A suspended customer may enter the read-only account area and request a manual review. Only an administrator can lift the suspension. The license clock continues while the account is suspended.

5. Updates, price and statutory rights

The launcher may require an update before use. The website currently displays indicative plans but has no checkout or payment processor. Before sales start, the seller, final taxes and prices, payment method, delivery, withdrawal information and any required express consent for immediate digital supply must be presented before payment and confirmed on a durable medium.
